Rookie of the Year Candidates

As we get near the playoffs, I guess the awards are also being prepared by the NBA. One of the great awards to look for is the 'Rookie of the Year' as it decides who are the potential Lebron James and Kobe Bryant in their rise to stardom.

Here is the Top 10 Rookies which could be the Rookie of the Year:

  1. Kyrie Irving
  2. Isaiah Thomas
  3. Klay Thompson
  4. Kenneth Faried
  5. Kawhi Leonard
  6. Chandler Parsons
  7. Iman Shumpert
  8. Tristan Thompson
  9. Brandon Knight
  10. Derrick Williams
It's a big AWE for Ricky Rubio as he should be the Top 2, but because of his injury, he's out of the season. There will be more changes here since there are still 10+ games to go in the NBA.

Jeremy Lin Missing the Remaining of the Season

Jeremy Lin, the New York Knicks' Point Guard, had his surgery last Monday. It was said that he'll be missing the remaining of the regular season and the first round of the playoffs. Without him, the team would be missing a lot, but they can still manage as Carmelo Anthony is still there for the team.

Lin decided to have his surgery as the pain never went away, though the swelling did. As for now, the surgery was a success and he's in the midst of recovery. His fans are praying for his fast recovery, hoping that he could still join the first round of the playoffs.

Let's watch out for LINSANITY in just six weeks remaining. One of the ace of New York Knicks will come back to NBA sooner. Let's just hope it can be earlier.
